To ship quickly you need to find out about orders promptly. We will e-mail you when you have a sale, but e-mails are unreliable and can be caught by spam filters. That is why we recommend checking for orders daily on Optics Admin. Once you log into our system, you can view a list of orders that are assigned to you.

OpticsFast charges the buyer’s credit card and automatically emails the buyer only after shipment is confirmed. Once an order is placed, you are responsible for confirming shipment within 72 hours. To do this, click on the order that you have shippped and simply enter the tracking number.

Inform us if there is an issue with stock.

Keep an eye on quantity of inventory you have in stock – especially if you sell in multiple channels. Customers who submit orders for products that turn out to not be in stock are likely to leave us negative feedback. If you get into this situation, the best move is to quickly inform us so that we can allocate the order to another vendor or cancell the order with the customer.

Make sure the items you ship are flawless.

We can't stress enouph how important it is to ship the merchandise to our customer in a brand new condition. We are relying on you to quality assure each item you ship so that there is no discrepancy in the listing to the item that you are shipping. Best practice is that if you feel the item is not up to par, do not list the item at all.

We have 3 main ways to list products on OpticsFast.com.

Submit your products to us via FTP.

List your products on eBay.

Give us a way to connect to your database.

Submit a CSV File to us via FTP.

To submit your products via FTP, you will be required to upload a CSV (Comma Seperated Values) Text File (CSV). Each row will contain 4 columns. Brand, Model,Color and Quantity. This file should be created in Excel and then exported as CSV file. Here is an example of what it will look like.

List your products on eBay.

You may already be selling your item on ebay and this solution may be the best for you because you virtually need to do NOTHING. A new spider software that’s trademarked has been developed to revolutionize the way inventory is displayed on our website and orders are filled on top of the eBay platform.

In order for this software to work , we need 2 things.

Keep your listings INSTOCK (If you are listing things you DON’T HAVE this is NOT going to work for this project.)

Make sure our spider can parse/read your eBay title to match to items on our website.

Here is how the TITLE parser works.

Two times a day our spider will crawl eBay looking for eyewear from your web store.

The spider will generate a list of all your listing titles

For example assume this is your listing title:

DOLCE & GABBANA DG 2089 MADONNA SUNGLASSES 2089 483/8G

The spider will easily be able to connect this listing to one that’s on our website displaying as

DOLCE & GABBANA 2089 4838G

Why? Because you have all the pieces in the title to match our listing. (BMC) which becomes our SKU

You have BRAND

You have MODEL

You have COLOR

Here is an example of a title that WILL NOT WORK and WE WON’T be able to match.

Prada Sunglasses PR16LS Prada Milano Black New AUTHENTIC

While the BRAND and MODEL are present the COLOR CODE is missing which will NOT match to any existing products on our website. There is no BMC match which will intern generate an exception and will be emailed to you to fix.

By just using adding 1AB1A1 to the title this listing on eBay would be complete and a BMC match will exist.

The most important thing in your title is to have the BRAND MODEL AND COLOR.

If you have all of those requirements in your title, our spider will be able to recognize your items , MATCH IT to our system and mark it as being INSTOCK by YOU. All without you not lifting a single finger.

All we need is for you to describe your inventory software and we will do the rest. Rest assure there is simply nothing that we cant do. How will you get your orders.

Once an order is identified to be instock by you, and a customer purchases it. The sytem will assign the order into your que and send you an email. The sytem will send you the order number, the customers name and address and the item that the customer has purchased. You will then ship the item to the address with a shipping service that is trackable. Once the tracking number is entered you may bill us for this item you shipped.

To ensure the best possible service, Please be certain to ship with UPS or USPS with signature confirmation. Statistics have shown that will eliminate most problems with non delivery.

Getting Paid.

Only you know what you paid for the item , thus you determine what you want to bill us for the item. Whatever you bill us we will pay, but be certain that if the profit is not there we will discontinue assigning orders to you. The better the prices are the more important you become as our vendor.

We normally pay anywhere from $15-$20 above manufacturer wholesale price so there is an easy markup for you if you are selling a lot of merchandise. We also of course pay for shipping.

Don't think of your sale as "I ONLY made $20 on this frame when I could have made $100 elsewhere", think LONG TERM.
